with local farmers and producers of north Vancouver Island. Believing in using only the freshest and most local produce of the Island, we have created recipes that are easy to follow and delicious to eat.

Island Inspirations includes articles and photography of our farmers and producers from beekeepers and herb growers to wineries and bison farms.   Each contributing chef or cook is featured with a photo and biography.    This is a book you will spend time reading both in the kitchen and in your favourite chair.

All proceeds of ISLAND INSPIRATIONS go toward education programs and bursaries for local culinary arts students and apprentices.
